JAMESTOWN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Ashton E. Newman of Jamestown is facing serious felony charges after allegedly assaulting one woman and threatening to kill another if she reported the incident. According to court documents, the incident occurred on August 20th at 3:04 a.m. when police were dispatched to a Jamestown residence.
Upon arrival, officers found one woman with a laceration on her head, along with visible bruising and swelling. A second woman reported that Newman threatened to kill her if she contacted the authorities about the assault. Newman is now charged with felony terrorizing and aggravated assault, facing significant legal consequences.
