Itasca County (trfnews.i234.me) — An explosive confrontation in rural Grand Rapids has resulted in a felony assault charge against Tawny L. Dagle, according to court documents.
On April 6th, an Itasca County deputy was dispatched following a report involving a handgun threat. The female victim claimed Dagle was involved in an affair with her male partner. A verbal dispute quickly escalated into violence.
Dagle allegedly pushed the woman down, got on top of her, and ground her face into the deck, reportedly threatening to shoot and kill her. Moments later, Dagle allegedly pointed a handgun through a window at the victim.
Tawny L. Dagle has now been officially charged with felony assault in connection to the incident. The case underscores rising tensions in domestic conflicts and the serious consequences of violent actions.
