Thank you so much for risking your lives for our safety. My sympathy to the family and friends of those who gave their life or were injured. My father was a police officer in Fargo and as a child I never had a thought that he wouldn't be coming home. I believe that this crime has far more devastating effects then people recognize and the fact that these men and women put their lives at risk to keep us safe is heroic. My hat is off to those who choose this path. My heart breaks every time I hear mention of this story. Thank you for all you do for our city.
