Ronda Jean Hudson of Grand Forks has been charged with a felony-level reckless driving charge after an incident on October 24th. While driving on North Washington Street in Grand Forks, Hudson was seen swerving over the centerline and almost colliding head-on with oncoming traffic. Her actions led to her being charged with felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanor driving under suspension.
