North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the victim of a fatal crash near Devil’s Lake Saturday night as 52 year-old Leroy shocker jr. the Patrol says this happened on highway 20 3.5 miles south of Devil’s Lake at 6:30 p.m. Saturday the Patrol says Shocker was driving the Dodge Dakota pickup south on the highway when it left the roadway to the right and struck a large electric utilities pole vehicle then caught fire Shocker died at the scene the utilities poles have suffered minor damage the crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol I’m Neil Berg reporting for our news TV
