Identified: Bismarck Family Involved in Deadly I-94 Crash Over the Weekend

TOWER CITY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The Highway Patrol has identified a Bismarck family that was in a deadly Saturday night crash on Interstate-94 near Tower City, North Dakota.
we have an update regarding a deadly uh rear-end crash on i-94 two miles east of tower city north dakota at nine o’clock on saturday night uh the victims have now been identified uh the driver of a gmc yukon 42 year old timothy hagerot uh is in serious condition after driving into the back of a uh parked tow truck his passenger 43 year old kelly hagerat was killed um and two passengers of 14 year old and nine-year-old girls are both in critical condition the ohio patrol says 1997 international flatbed tow truck experienced a mechanical issue and it was stopped in the right-hand lane of westbound i-94 the driver muriel butler called a tow truck but received a ride from the scene by a passing motorist prior to the tow truck’s arrival leaving it unattended uh the gmc yukon was traveling westbound and struck the rear of the tow truck uh both vehicles came to rest in the north ditch the front seat passenger kelly hagerat was pronounced dead at the scene the two juvenile female passengers and driver timothy hagerhot were all transported to sanford hospital in fargo uh timothy hagert as we said is in stable condition both juvenile passengers are in critical condition the crash remains under investigation i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

People are so stupid yes stupid I hope the tow truck driver get charged with every account charge able and jail time for murder I people are having vehicle problems before it quits rolling get off to the shoulder as far as possible if someone picked him up maybe they should have parked behind off to the side with their flashers on or it's a smaller truck I'm sure he had a chain or strap tow it to the shoulder you just don't leave so sad?

  2. A charge of criminal negligence will not bring the person who was lost back, but it’s the very least that the idiot driving that tow truck left abandoned in the driving lane on I-84 should receive. He should share in the nightmare he’s caused this shattered family.
