FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – Residents of Cedars II Apartments in Fargo, North Dakota, have reported health concerns after a video surfaced showing human feces smeared on the walls of the building. The incident was reported at the property located at 1725 42nd Street South, managed by Goldmark Properties.
A tenant stated that the issue was reported to the management at night, but the mess remained unaddressed the following morning. Another resident confirmed ongoing delays in maintenance responses, citing past issues with prolonged repair times for air conditioners and other facilities.
The presence of human feces in a common area has raised safety concerns, especially for residents with children. A tenant noted that the situation posed a significant risk, as children could easily come into contact with the matter.
Despite multiple complaints, residents claim that Goldmark Properties took an extended amount of time to resolve the issue. Tenants expressed frustration with the property management’s handling of maintenance requests, with some deciding to move out at the end of their leases.
Goldmark Properties has not responded to inquiries about the incident.
