Howard Duck tragically killed after his car collides with train in Rugby, North Dakota.

RUGBY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The Highway Patrol says 41-year old Howard Duck of Rugby died, after driving his vehicle in front of a train just after midnight, in downtown Rugby, ND. The accident remains under investigation.
a 41 year old man in rugby died just after midnight after driving his vehicle in front of a train in downtown rugby the Highway Patrol says his the Chevrolet Equinox was stopped on the south side of the tracks near the barricade as if waiting for a train the vehicle accelerated went around the barricade in front of the Train the equinox was struck on the passenger side the driver was ejected from the vehicle and died as a result of the crash two BNSF employees around the train and did not sustain endured injuries the barricades were down with lights flashing the train was traveling at 40 to 45 miles per hour at the time of the crash the name of the victim will be released upon a notification of relatives the crash is still under investigation I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
