STEELE COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Bari Allan Engen of Aneta, North Dakota, is facing gross sexual imposition charges in Steele County North Dakota court. According to court documents in 2009 and 2010, he attempted to have sex with a four to five-year-old child and also had sexual contact with a child. He’s facing two counts of gross sexual imposition. One of those is a class double-A felony that carries a maximum sentence of life in prison. He’s made his initial court appearance, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 28th. That hearing will determine if there is enough evidence to bring the matter to trial.
