Homophobic Slurs and Violent Altercation at Fargo Bar

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A West Fargo man is facing criminal charges, after allegedly making homophobic remarks and assaulting a group of friends.
Zachariah Weaver of West Fargo is facing criminal charges following an incident at a Fargo bar according to court documents on January 28th at 12:50 a.m. police were dispatched to the district 64 bar on North Broadway for a disturbance Weaver allegedly assaulted a group of friends after making homophobic remarks toward one of them one male victim was punched in the face hitting his head on the ground and losing Consciousness one female was punched in the face and may have a broken jaw another female was picked up and thrown to the ground by a weaver Weaver left in his vehicle but was soon arrested with blood on his right Knuckles he’s been charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault and misdemeanors of simple assault and disorderly conduct I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
