Homeless Man Ventures into Trucking Industry

LANGDON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A homeless man is facing a felony charge, after allegedly stealing a semi and doing a little trucking.
we have a report of a homeless man doing a little illegal Trucking from Rolla North Dakota over to Langdon this in from the Cavalier County Sheriff’s Department out of Langdon on June 19th Monday at approximately 11 30 a.m Sheriff’s Department received a report of a stolen semi truck in Rolla that was possibly in Langdon a deputy with the Cavalier County Sheriff’s Office located the semi at the Langdon North Dakota Farmers Union parking lot when the deputy approached the semi he located 60-year-old Douglas McLeod homeless inside the semi during the investigation McLeod acknowledged he stole the semi without permission from the owner it was valued at 70 to 100 thousand dollars McLeod was placed under arrest for theft of property possession of stolen property a class a felony that carries a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for ritrfnews.i234.me
