The Honda Accord was west bound on Highway 210 Mile post 176 when it attempted to make a left turn onto a crossover. The Kia Optima was behind the Honda Accord When it moved to the left lane. The Honda Accord turned left in front of the Kia resulting in a T-bone Crash on drivers side. Vehicles came to rest in the left lane.
