Highlights: Gopher Men's Basketball Tops Yale Behind Second-Half Rally



Dawson Garcia led all players with 24 points, including 19 in the second half, and Brennan Rigsby added 15 points to help Minnesota (3-1) rally from a 10-point halftime deficit and defeat Yale, 59-56, at Williams Arena.

Garcia, who has scored 24 or more points in all four games this season, was 6-of-17 from the field, including 2-of-4 from three-point range and was 10-of-12 at the line. He added six rebounds, two assists, and two steals for the Gophers. Rigsby was 5-of-10 from the field and 4-of-7 at the line, while also pulling down six boards. Lu’Cye Patterson finished with seven points and a game-high six assists, while Frank Mitchell grabbed a team-high seven rebounds to go with four points, and Femi Odukale had five points, four rebounds, two assists, two steals, and a pair of blocked shots.
