Bagley, Clearwater County (trfnews.i234.me) – On May 15, 2025, at approximately 7:51 PM, Officer Kenneth Olson of the Bagley Police Department observed Tristian Lee Fox, 26, leaving an apartment at 516 Central Street West. Fox was known to be a person of interest in a stabbing incident on May 4 and had an active warrant for his arrest.
Officer Olson attempted to initiate a traffic stop after locating Fox’s vehicle traveling at 59 mph in a 55 mph zone near the city limits. Upon activating his emergency lights, Fox accelerated, reaching speeds exceeding 100 mph. The pursuit involved multiple law enforcement agencies and the deployment of stop sticks, which were unsuccessful.
During the chase, Fox’s vehicle sustained damage, with the front passenger-side tire coming off the rim, causing debris to damage Officer Olson’s windshield. Despite the damage, Fox continued to flee until officers executed a PIT maneuver at the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and State Highway 113, bringing the vehicle to a stop. Fox was taken into custody without further incident.
