Hennepin County (trfnews.i234.me) – Just weeks after walking out of prison, Bryan Van Ellis Frazier, born 12/18/1996, has vanished and is now a wanted fugitive.
Frazier was convicted of domestic assault and sentenced on May 9, 2024, under case number 27-CR-23-25209. He was released on March 4, 2025, but by March 22, 2025, authorities declared him wanted after he failed to comply with his release conditions.
This alarming development raises questions about monitoring practices for violent offenders. Frazier, once in custody under MNDOC ID 262025, is now being actively sought by law enforcement.
Members of the public are urged to avoid contact and report sightings to authorities immediately. The Minnesota Department of Corrections and Crime Stoppers continues to investigate.
