Hennepin County, MN – Authorities have issued a fugitive alert for Spidel Wayne Browder, who is currently wanted after violating the terms of his release. Browder, born on November 25, 1978, was last released from custody on April 1, 2019, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of September 17, 2021.
Browder was originally sentenced on January 9, 2014, in Hennepin County for criminal sexual conduct, under court file number 27-CR-13-24713. His case is being handled by Agent Amy Waibel, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
