Hennepin County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) – Luis Belizario Urgiles-Espinoza, 31, is currently listed as a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC). He was released from custody on November 8, 2021, but was declared a fugitive on April 21, 2025.
Urgiles-Espinoza was originally sentenced on January 29, 2021, for criminal sexual conduct under Hennepin County court file number 27-CR-14-14108. His supervising agent is Luke Fiore.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Urgiles-Espinoza’s whereabouts to contact local law enforcement or the MNDOC immediately.
