Hennepin County (trfnews.i234.me) — Damian Patrick Joseph Smith, born January 31, 1997, has been declared a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) as of March 18, 2025.
Smith, previously convicted of robbery in Hennepin County under court file number 27-CR-23-11285, was sentenced on March 20, 2024. After his most recent release on March 5, 2025, Smith violated his release conditions and is now the subject of a statewide manhunt.
The case is currently being handled by DOC Agent Michael Amble, and officials are urging the public not to approach Smith, who is now officially listed as wanted.
