we have a heartbreaking and disturbing story of alleged ongoing child abuse and neglect out of Harvey North Dakota that began in the spring of 2016 with the mother Katie woods what the time was living at an apartment in Harvey with her three children at that time the court reported the children were living in squalor and were walking and laying in and around dog feces and urine it did not have clean clothing to wear in 2016 Katie woods was convicted of two counts of child abuse deprivation of a minor and animal neglect since 2016 ongoing reports allege things haven’t improved according to court records she’s now been living here at 5:04 birch Avenue in Harvey with her now four children and two other men David Dells er the father of her new baby and Brett van damme who was also living at the home this week all three were charged with four felony counts of child neglect according to court records the baby wasn’t gaining any weight and authorities couldn’t find any baby food in the residence and the other children are being teased at school because according to reports they smelled like feces and often came to school without socks and had dog feces embedded in their shoes and her boots the sickening list goes on and on social services has stepped in to care for the children while the court case against Katie woods David Ensor and Brett van damm moves forward I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
