A semi-truck carrying a hay trailer caught fire on Interstate 29 near the Buxton exit, causing traffic to back up for several miles. The fire was reported at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, and as of 3:47 p.m., emergency responders were still working to put out the blaze.
