Hatton (trfnews.i234.me) — A Hatton couple is facing felony drug charges after a home search, court records say.
Russell Grimmer and Alisha Zentz, both of Hatton, are named in the case.
Search warrant in Hatton
Court documents say the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant at the home on January 29.
Two children were inside when officers entered, the documents say.
The case was filed in the North Dakota district court.
What investigators say they found
Documents say officers found 95 marijuana plants growing in the home.
They also seized items linked to marijuana use and sales, the filing says.
Investigators also reported finding many LSD tabs inside a safe.
Authorities say the evidence showed drugs were kept for sale, not just use.

Charges filed
Grimmer is charged with three felonies.
Those counts include possession with intent to deliver marijuana and LSD.
He is also charged with child endangerment, according to the filing.
Zentz is also charged with three felonies.
Those include conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and intent to deliver it.
She also faces a child endangerment charge, the documents say.
In a statement quoted in court records, Zentz told investigators she helped Grimmer sell marijuana.
She said she would set out marijuana so buyers could pick it up.
Next steps and public records
Felony cases often start with an initial court appearance.
A judge can set bond and future hearing dates.
Prosecutors must prove each charge beyond a reasonable doubt.
The charges are allegations.
Grimmer and Zentz are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
