Harvey, ND – Grant Sartain, a 33-year-old Harvey, North Dakota resident, is facing additional felony charges related to sex crimes involving a minor. According to Harvey Police Chief John Foss, Sartain has been charged with gross sexual imposition, four counts of promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor, sexual contact with a victim under 15, and child neglect.
These new charges come as Sartain was already facing charges of dissemination of obscene material, child neglect, and terrorizing. The allegations stem from an ongoing investigation conducted by the Harvey Police Department, the North Dakota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the Wells County Sheriff’s Office, and the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI).
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the investigation, but Sartain remains in custody as legal proceedings continue.
