HALSTAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) -Matthew D. Warner, a 25-year-old from Halstad, Minnesota, has been charged with felony malicious punishment of a child and gross misdemeanor child endangerment. The charges follow a disturbing incident on July 12th when Warner and his wife brought their six-week-old infant to Sanford Fargo’s Children’s Urgent Care Clinic. The infant, suffering from seizures and bruising, was subsequently rushed to the Sanford emergency department.
According to court documents, Warner claimed he was unaware of the source of the marks on the infant’s head. However, a medical report indicated a high suspicion of nonaccidental trauma. The case has raised serious concerns about the child’s safety and well-being, leading to the current charges against Warner.

Why didn’t you include the fact that his wife has also been charged? The investigation is ongoing…andnone when partner doesn’t/can’t say who did it….the police will arrest both….until the investigation is complete.
