20 year old Carter L Lakey of Dadeville Missouri is facing a felony charge after a report of shots fired at the Drayton North Dakota Campground some 45 miles north of Grand Forks along I-29 according to court documents on July 9th at 601 PM pamina County dispatch received a report of a man returning to a camper with a pistol in his hand after hearing a shot-fired Lakey admitted to a deputy that he was firing at a beer can a butt directly behind that beer can was a golf course where people were actively golfing according to the criminal complaint I’m the old Carlson reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
