Watford City (trfnews.i234.me) – A breaking and disturbing incident unfolded early Saturday morning in the heart of North Dakota’s oil patch.
At 5:03 a.m., Mackenzie County emergency crews were dispatched to Fox Hills Parkway North in Watford City following a chilling 911 call reporting a male victim with a gunshot wound to the neck. The emergency radio traffic recorded:
“Mackenzie County ambulance, please respond to Fox Hills Parkway North for a male with a gunshot wound to the neck.”
The shooting occurred at an apartment complex, but it remains unclear whether the incident was criminal, accidental, or self-inflicted.
