Guard Helicopter Crews Successfully Complete Mission to Save Cavalier County, ND Dam – 213 Bags Now Secured

CAVALIER COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) National Guard crews have wrapped up their mission to save a dam from washing out in Cavalier County, North Dakota.
* Guard now says a total of 213 sandbags were placed on dam.
national guard crews operating two blackhawk helicopters have wrapped up their mission at the borna bay’s dam in eastern cavalier county uh they were called in on tuesday to start placing one ton sandbags along the top of the dam because water was running over threatening to rupture the dam told by a public affairs officer at 5 pm on this wednesday then in total they placed 185 a one-ton bags on that uh damn it’s now uh stabilized and pimina county officials say the highway 5 just south of here will remain closed for now until the water moves farther down on the dam i’m neal carlson reporting for eye news dot tv
