NARRATIVE:
At approximately 8:15 AM CT, a black 2013 Ford Expedition overturned on the Grant Marsh Bridge in a construction zone. The Expedition, traveling east, encountered sudden slowing ahead and swerved to the right, hitting orange barrels and the bridge rail. Subsequently, it overturned onto its roof and was struck by a 2013 Lincoln SUV. A 2024 Nissan Armada in the oncoming lane also made contact. Despite minor damages to the Lincoln and Nissan, no injuries were reported. The bridge’s closure lasted approximately one hour, reopening at 9:15 AM CT.
