Grand Rapids Man Arrested for ATV Theft in Wirt Township

Wirt Township (trfnews.i234.me)—On March 24th, law enforcement responded to a reported break-in on Pine Lake Road Northwest in Wirt Township, Minnesota. According to court documents, a Polaris ATV had been stolen from a residential garage. Surveillance footage allegedly captured Kirk Forest Powers of Grand Rapids and another individual inside the garage during the incident. Subsequently, Powers was apprehended while towing the stolen ATV on a trailer. He now faces felony charges of burglary and theft. Authorities indicate that additional charges may be pending against a second suspect involved in the case.
