GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A terrifying incident at a Grand Forks apartment complex has led to the arrest of Jonathan Defoe, who is now facing a felony terrorizing charge.
According to court records, the chaos unfolded on February 25th at 1:25 a.m. when police were called to an apartment building on North 50th Street. Residents reported that Defoe had been yelling and screaming all night before taking things to a disturbing level.
One victim told police that Defoe came to their door, threatening to break it down and kill everyone inside. When asked to leave, he allegedly refused and chillingly stated, “You don’t get it. I’m going to stand right here and kill every one of you.”
Authorities responded swiftly, and Defoe was arrested. He now faces a felony charge of terrorizing, a serious offense under North Dakota law.
