According to Sergeant Peton, the driver lost control of her vehicle, resulting in a collision with another car. The vehicle then mounted the sidewalk and struck a planter, displacing it from its original position. Emergency services responded promptly, and the driver was transported to the hospital for evaluation. Authorities have attributed the incident to the driver’s medical condition.
