GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — On December 30, 2024, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Allen Timothy Dunn, aged 39, waived his preliminary hearing and entered a plea of not guilty to two counts of Class A felony gross sexual imposition. Each count carries a maximum penalty of 20 years’ imprisonment.
The charges stem from allegations that Dunn engaged in sexual contact with a 4-year-old female at a local church in 2011. It is further alleged that similar contact occurred with the same individual a few years later.
An investigation commenced in July 2024 following the individual’s disclosure of the incidents. Dunn was subsequently arrested in October 2024 and released on bond after his initial court appearance.
