Grand Forks, ND – Authorities responded to a domestic disturbance on the 2200 block of 10th Avenue North around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, where they arrested 35-year-old Evan Bohlman on multiple charges.
According to Lieutenant Andrew Stein of the Grand Forks Police Department, officers arrived at the scene to find an intoxicated male suspect who had allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and juvenile daughter. Bohlman was taken into custody and is now facing pending charges, including:
- Aggravated assault
- Resisting arrest
- Assault on a police officer
- Interference with a 911 call
- Child abuse
- Terrorizing
Bohlman was incarcerated as authorities continue their investigation. More details will be available once formal charges are filed.
