Grand Forks Council Kills Corn Milling Plant, After It's Called A National Security Threat
GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The Grand Forks City Council tonight officially killed the several hundred million dollar deal to build the Chinese owned, Fufeng corn milling plant in that town, after the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force called it a threat to national security, because of the Air Force Base located near Grand Forks.
