Grafton (trfnews.i234.me)—In a startling incident this week, Carlos Alberto Delgado Jr., a resident of Grafton County, has been charged with felony aggravated assault following an alleged attack on his neighbor. According to court documents, police responded to a call on Noben Avenue on Thursday regarding a threatened altercation. The male victim reported that Delgado had threatened to kill him, a claim corroborated by witnesses who stated that Delgado was involved in a physical confrontation with the victim. Officers observed that the victim had red marks resembling handprints on his neck and lacerations behind his ear. Delgado has denied any physical altercation or placing his hands on the victim. Currently, Delgado is facing charges of felony aggravated assault. Court documents have not disclosed a possible motive for the incident.
