Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) – A Goodridge man has been arrested following a domestic disturbance call late in the evening of August 14.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were called to the 200 block of Guinan Avenue North in Goodridge at 11:44 p.m. for a report of a domestic disturbance. Court records show Michael Tyler Moe, 36, of Goodridge, was cited for domestic assault and obstruction of the legal process.

Documents indicate Moe was involved in a verbal disturbance with several juveniles before deputies arrived. When law enforcement attempted to intervene, Moe allegedly told a deputy multiple times to leave his property. He then retreated into the residence and attempted to shut the door.

The deputy was able to stop the door, push Moe back, and enter the home to place him under arrest. Authorities reported that no major injuries occurred during the incident.

Moe was transported and booked following the arrest. Formal charges of domestic assault and obstruction of the legal process are pending review in Pennington County District Court. The Minnesota Judicial Branch provides public access to court case updates.

Officials have not released further information about the individuals involved in the disturbance. The investigation into the case remains active.
