Laurie Anderson of Grand Forks has been charged with a Class C felony of child neglect according to court documents this happened between November of 2014 and February of 2017 the amount of time her child was not in school according to court documents when she was arrested police say the apartment was extremely dirty there were four bags of garbage sitting on the floor in the kitchen there were items and dishes scattered all over the kitchen some of there appeared to be clean and some appear to be dirty there were piles of dirty clothes scattered throughout the apartment there was also a bloody towel laying in the kitchen police say the apartment smelled like dirty clothes marijuana and burnt cigarettes I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
