GILBY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A man from Gilby, North Dakota, is facing serious charges after allegedly running a couple off the road. Donald James Norwood, 54, has been charged with felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanor DUI. According to court documents, on June 2nd at 9:00 p.m., a couple reported being forced off the road near Gilby. The investigation led a Grand Forks Deputy to Norwood’s residence, where he admitted to drinking a six-pack at a bar in Forest River. Norwood failed the field sobriety test and registered a blood alcohol content of .12, well above the legal limit of .08.
