Gilbert, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — A heartbreaking update has been released by the Gilbert Police Department following a fatal skiing accident over the weekend. The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Christian Richard Huffnagle of International Falls, Minnesota.
Authorities say the incident occurred on Saturday at Giant Ridge Ski Resort, where Huffnagle was discovered injured on the hillside. Emergency responders quickly arrived and managed to transport him to a hospital in Aurora, but tragically, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
At this time, the exact cause and nature of the incident have not been disclosed, and the case remains under investigation.
