Virginia, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) – Nicholas G. Rolstone, a Gilbert resident, is facing serious criminal charges after a violent altercation with law enforcement at a Dairy Queen in Virginia, Minnesota, on June 27th.
Authorities were initially dispatched around 3:43 p.m. after reports of a disturbance in the parking lot. Upon arrival, a St. Louis County deputy and other officers located Rolstone and confirmed an active warrant for his arrest.
When told he was under arrest, Rolstone resisted, prompting a struggle that required four officers to subdue him. During the encounter, Rolstone allegedly kicked and spat on an officer.
He is now charged with:

Felony fourth-degree assault of a peace officer

Gross misdemeanor assault of a peace officer
The Dairy Queen, while listed in Mountain Iron, was confirmed by GPS to be located across the line in Virginia.
