GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – 60-year-old Eugene G. Carrier of Grand Forks is facing a felony-level theft of property charge for allegedly stealing a bicycle. According to court documents, on July 12th, a blue Trek 24-speed bicycle valued at $1,500 was reported stolen from the front yard of a Grand Forks residence. A poor-quality surveillance photo eventually led to Carrier, who admitted to stealing the bike.
