we have a convicted sex offender on the loose in Devil’s Lake this is from the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department they’re seeking a high-risk sex offender Who removed their global positioning monitoring bracelet and can no longer be accounted for or located 31 year old Sean Johnston was last seen wearing black jeans a red t-shirt and black shoes leaving the Lake Region re-entry Center in Devils Lake around 106 a.m today on this Monday he’s African-American 6-1 approximately 155 pounds with brown eyes and short black hair Johnson was residing in Devil’s Lake in his current whereabouts are unknown however he has ties to Grand Forks and may be returning there Johnson is currently on probation for failure to register as a sexual offender with the Burley County District Court this is his photo anyone with information about his whereabouts contact your local law enforcement immediately I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
