Friday Morning Update: Weather and Road Conditions in North Dakota and Minnesota

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Friday morning update on road and weather conditions in North Dakota and Minnesota.
here’s a look at Grand Forks from und Skycam at 5:30 a.m. on a Friday the Weather Service says we’re still in a winter storm warning today snow mainly before noon patchy blowing snow before 9 a.m. high 23 northwest wind 10 to 14 with gusts as high as 21 miles per hour than tonight things clear out mostly clear with a low around minus 2 northwest wind around 6 miles per hour but if you have to travel this morning you’ve still got problems here’s the North Dakota Department of Transportation Road condition map as a 5:30 a.m. still no travel advise on Interstate 29 all the way from the Canadian border down to Fargo and as you can see up in the northeast corner of the state they’re purple covered roads ice and snow covered and also also between east of Jamestown almost all the way out to Bismarck on Interstate 94 ice and snow covered so rough traveling this morning over on the Minnesota side ice and snow covered roads all over Northwest Minnesota at Grand Forks you see the warning there that’s because the Sorley bridge is closed on highway 2 north of East Grand Forks Highway 220 closed because of flooding north of Oslo and also over by Bemidji highway 89 north and south is also has a closure on it but basically across Northwest Minnesota ice and snow covered roads so if you have to travel this morning take it slow I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news dot TV
