Freezing Rain Expected in the Region at 12:45 PM on Christmas Day

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Rain turning into freezing rain is moving into our region in the early afternoon of this Christmas Day.
here’s a look at the radar across the region North Dakota and Minnesota as freezing rain moves into the region look at the UND sky cam here in the inter inset not much going on in Grand Forks yet and here’s a look at the interstate 94 down by Fergus Falls the roadway is wet and it could be getting slippery soon National Weather Service in Grand Fork says freezing rain has moved into parts of Southeastern North Dakota and West Central Minnesota freezing rain will continue to push northward through the early afternoon hours a very brief period of wintry mix could proceed the quick transition to freezing rain if you’re traveling make sure to slow down and monitor the latest road conditions uh here’s that latest uh ice storm warning map uh showing uh much of the valley on either side of the river uh being in trouble here later today so keep an eye on the weather especially if you’re going to be traveling I’m Neil Berg reporting for in trfnews.i234.me
