Frazee (trfnews.i234.me)Joshua Christopher Bialke, 29, of Frazee, is facing felony domestic assault and misdemeanor obstruction charges after a disturbing June 11 incident that escalated into chaos during his arrest.

According to the criminal complaint, Bialke struck a woman in the face during a domestic argument, causing visible swelling and hearing loss in her left ear. After his arrest, Bialke became enraged when denied a chance to say goodbye to his infant child. He lunged from the squad car, broke free, and was taken to the ground by officers.

While restrained, Bialke slammed his head into a basketball hoop base, then continued bashing his head against the squad car partition once re-secured.

On June 13, bail without conditions was set at $50,000, with an alternative $25,000 bond or $2,500 cash with conditions. He was released June 17 under conditions including no contact with the victim.

Bialke is scheduled to appear in court again on July 7.
