FRAZEE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Michael Alan Bacon, a resident of Frazee, Minnesota, recently appeared in court facing charges of felony prostitution and gross misdemeanor criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree for non-consensual sexual contact. According to the criminal complaint, the incident occurred on February 13th at approximately 2:02 a.m. when a deputy responded to a report of a sexual assault at a residence in Becker County.
Upon arrival, the deputy interviewed an adult female victim, who stated that Bacon had come to her home to see their new baby. The victim was in the bedroom feeding the baby and was covered with a blanket. She asked Bacon to give her a moment to put on clothes, but Bacon insisted she did not need to. Bacon then proceeded to touch the victim’s head and chin, grab her bare chest, and kiss her neck, despite her objections. The victim reported that Bacon subsequently began offering her money for sex, starting at $100 and increasing his offer up to $8,000.
