Stutsman County (trfnews.i234.me) – In what may be a new local record, Adrien Lee Nagel of Jamestown was arrested four times within 48 hours, according to police. The arrests culminated on Wednesday, July 2nd, and he remains in the Stutsman County Jail.
The first incident began on June 26th, when Nagel allegedly violated a protection order by confronting a male family member. Officers arrived to find Nagel shirtless, barefoot, and wielding a metal bar, standing in the road.
When officers reminded him he wasn’t allowed at the residence, Nagel replied, “I don’t care. He don’t listen to me.” He also allegedly yelled at the victim, “I hope you die. I’m going to hurt you.”
The victim reported that Nagel was off his medications at the time. Due to the severity and frequency of the incidents, Nagel is now held without bond and charged with:
-
Terrorizing
-
Violating an order prohibiting contact
-
Disorderly conduct
