Fosston (trfnews.i234.me) — A local woman is now facing criminal charges following a theft incident reported in Fosston, Polk County.
According to official citation records, Brittney Lynn Reierson, age 40, of Fosston, Minnesota, was issued a Criminal/Traffic Mandatory citation on May 29, 2025, at 3:54 PM, after allegedly stealing or unlawfully transferring movable property without consent at 410 1st Street East in Fosston.
The case, classified under Minnesota Statute 609.52.2(a)(1), is a misdemeanor offense and is being handled by the Fosston City Attorney. The citation was issued by Officer Seth Senn (#5705) from the Fosston Police Department and mailed to Reierson, whose Colorado driver’s license was listed in the report.
