Fosston (trfnews.i234.me) – A chilling domestic incident in Polk County has led to felony charges for 29-year-old Dylan James Eisilones of Fosston, Minnesota.
According to court documents, police were dispatched just before 8:00 p.m. on June 26 after a 911 caller reported a terrifying threat involving a knife at a residence in Fosston. Upon arrival, officers saw Eisilones shouting from a second-floor apartment window.
The criminal complaint details that Eisilones, allegedly intoxicated, had become embroiled in an argument with his male roommate. During the confrontation, he reportedly held a knife against the victim’s stomach.
A search of the apartment revealed several knives lying on the suspect’s bed. Eisilones was arrested at the scene.
He is now charged with two felonies: assault with a dangerous weapon and threats of violence, along with two misdemeanor counts of domestic assault.
