Ramsey County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – Marquese Quincy Dubois, an 18-year-old resident of Fort Totten, has been charged with three counts of felony gross sexual imposition. According to court documents, the charges stem from alleged incidents in January 2025, where Dubois is accused of engaging in sexual acts with a girl under the age of 15 at various locations around Devils Lake. Each count is classified as a Class A felony, carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Dubois was booked into the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office on May 12, 2025, at 9:09 a.m.
