Fort Totten Man Faces Felony Burglary Charge After Violent Incident in Devils Lake Apartment

DEVILS LAKE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Jaden Whitetail, a resident of Fort Totten, North Dakota, is facing a felony burglary charge following a violent incident in an apartment located above Nelly’s Bar in downtown Devils Lake. According to court documents, Whitetail allegedly kicked open the door to the apartment while the victims were seated at a kitchen table and assaulted one of them.

When officers arrived at the scene, the victims directed them to the couch, where Whitetail was found highly intoxicated. He was immediately placed in handcuffs but continued to threaten the victims with slurs as he was escorted out of the building, kicking and yelling.
